Ingredients

8 oz rotini pasta

1/2 lb fresh green beans, trimmed and cut into 1 1/2 inch pieces

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1/4 cup chopped red onion

1/2 cup vinaigrette

Basil-Honey-Garlic Vinaigrette:

1 garlic clove

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 cup EVOO

1/3 cup balsamic vinegar

2 Tb basil

2 Tb honey

1/2 tsp pepper

Preparation

Bring salted water to a boil over med-high heat and add pasta. Cook 5 min. Add green beans and cook 5 more min or until pasta is tender but firm and beans are tender. Drain and rinse with cold water. Meanwhile, smash garlic and salt together with the flat side of a knife to make a paste. Whisk together garlic paste, oil, and remaining ingredients until blended. To pasta, add tomatoes, vinaigrette, and onion, tossing to coat. Serve immediately, or cover and chill.
