2 t butter

1/3 c diced onion

1/3 c dice artichoke hearts

1 c copped crimini mushroom

3 cloves chopped garlic

1 Cup sliced crimini mushroom

1 Bunch blanched haricot vert

1/3 c cream sherry

1 c +/- heavy cream 36% or more

½ c graded Parmesan cheese

Preparation

Melt 2 t butter over med hi heat

Add: 1/3 c diced onion 1/3 c diced pepper Saute until onion translucent

Add: 1/3 c dice artichoke hearts 1 c copped crimini mushroom 3 cloves chopped garlic 1 Cup sliced crimini mushroom and Sauté

Add: 1 Bunch blanched haricot vert and Saute

Add: 1/3 c cream sherry 1 c +/- heavy cream 36% or more As it start to simmer but before to comes to a boil

add ½ c graded Parmesan cheese, incorporate

add: ¼ cup corn starch slurry, Incorporate

Add 1 t pepper 1 t salt to taste

Place oven proof dish top w/ parm and bread crumbs

Bake 400 for 10 min
