Ingredients
2 (14.5 oz) cans French Style Green Beans
2 TBSP flour
4 TBSP Butter
1 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
1/4 tsp pepper
1 Cup Sour Cream
1 Can Mushroom Soup
1 Small can French fried onions
1 Cup grated Cheddar Cheese
2 Cups crushed cornflakes
Preparation
- Melt 2 TBSP butter, add flour and seasonings
- Saute a couple of mins.
- Add sour cream and cream of mushroom soup
- Cook stirring constantly til thick
- Add drained green beans and fried onions
- Stir well and pour into greased casserole dish
- Sprinkle cup of grated Cheese
- Add 2 TBSP melted butter to cornflakes, mix well and sprinkle on top cheese
- Bake at 400 degrees for 20 mins.
