Ingredients
1 pint sour cream
2 cans green beans
1 cup grated sharp cheese
1 stick butter
1 c. toasted bread crumbs (save 1/2 for top)
Preparation
Add salt and pepper to beans and cook for 25 minutes. Drain and place in buttered casserole. Add remaining ingredients. Sprinkle 1/2 c. of bread crumbs on top. Bake in 350 degree oven for 15-20 minutes. Yield: 6 to 8 servings.
