Ingredients
6 fresh sliced, yellow squash or zucchini or 2 bags frozen yellow squash.
2 cans cut green beans
1 cup mayo
1 cup shredded mild or sharp cheddar cheese
10 crackers (any kind, cheese nips are best)
Preparation
boil the squash til tender and strain all the water. strain the green beans and pour the beans and squash into a 2 qt baking dish. mix the mayo and cheese in a bowl and spread evenly over the veggies. crumble the crackers over the cheese. bake for 30 min at 350. or until crackers are golden. you cannot mess this up.
