Ingredients
1 lb Slender green beans
1 T sherry vinegar
1 1/2 t olive oil
1/4 t pepper
1 t Dijon mustard
1 t salt
1 T slice almonds
Preparation
Cook beans in boiling water for 4 minutes. Combine all other ingredients and toss with beans.
