Ingredients

2-3 zucchini squash, sliced

2 tomatoes, chopped

1/2 onion, thinly sliced

olive oil

cavendar’s seasoning

4 ounce feta cheese

Preparation

Layer zucchini, onions and tomatoes in pyrex dish. Drizzle olive oil on top of vegetables. Sprinkle cavendars seasoning and top with feta cheese. Broil until feta cheese is light brown and just starting to bubble. Serve warm.
