Ingredients
8 oz. spinach fettucine
1 1/4 lb. cooked turkey
3 tbsp. flour
2 tsp. lemon pepper
1/2 tsp. dill
2 cups skim milk
1 4-oz. can sliced olives, drained
3 tbsp. feta cheese
Preparation
1.Cook pasta; drain and set aside. Cut turkey into 1/2-inch pieces. 2.In a large saucepan, over medium-high heat, combine flour, lemon pepper and dill; whisk in milk. Bring mixture to boil, reduce heat to low and cook until mixture thickens, stirring constantly. Increase heat to medium-high, stir in turkey and cook 3 to 5 minutes or until mixture is heated throughout. 3.To serve, spoon turkey over fettucine and garnish with olives and cheese.
