2 (6-inch) pitas

olive oil

1/2 teaspoon dried Greek seasoning

Preparation

Preheat oven to 400F Cut each pita into 8 wedges. Separate each wedge into 2 triangles. Place triangles in a single layer on a lage baking sheet. Coat top sides of triangles with olive oil; sprinkle evenly with seasoning. Bake at 400 for 7 to 8 minutes or until crisp and lightly browned; cool.
