Ingredients

6 boneless breasts(or fish), pounded thin

1-lb. fresh spinach

1 small onion, diced

4 oz. feta

2t. fresh dill

1/2t. salt

1t. pepper

2oz. parmesan cheese

1 egg

2oz. butter

lemon wedges

Preparation

Cook Spinach with butter and onion until translucent. Strain. Mix seasonings with cheese and egg, then add to spinach mixture. Stuff breasts with mixture(roll breasts) and place in a 9x9 baking dish. Top swith butter, then sprinkle garlic powder, salt, and oregano on top. Place lemon wegdes around chicken and Bake at 350’ for 40-50 min. until chicken is done.
