Ingredients

4oz. can mushrooms

4oz. can black olives,chopped

28oz. can whole tomatoes, drained and chopped

1 can cream of mushroom soup

1 small green pepper,chopped

1 small onion,chopped

2pkg. mozzarella cheese (I only used one and it was really cheesy)

1 pkg. spaghetti noodles

Preparation

Saute onions and peppers in butter. Add mushrooms and olives. Add tomatoes and simmer. Add 1/3 can water to cream of mushroom soup. Cook spaghetti according to package directions and drain. Grease 9 x 13 casserole dish. Layer1/2 spaghette,1/2 sauteed mixture,1/2 mushroom shoup and 1 pkg. of cheese. Repeat layers. Bake in 350 degree oven until bubbly

To make it even more “greekish” add some feta in there too. ENJOY and let me know what you think.
