Ingredients

1 sliced cucumber

1 tomato, cut into wedges

1/2 green pepper, thinly sliced

1/2 onion, thinly sliced

feta cheese- if desired

Greek olives

2 Tbsp olive oil

1 Tbsp lemon juice

salt and pepper

Dried oregano leaves

Preparation

Slice cucumber into salad bowl. Add green pepper, onion and tomato wedges. Season with salt and pepper. Add olives and chunks or slices of feta cheese. Pour olive oil and lemon juice over salad, then sprinkle lightly with oregano
