Ingredients
4 cups of mixed greens
1 small onion, sliced
1 cup cucumbers, sliced
1 cup of greek olives
1/2 cup yellow peppercornis
1 Roma tomatoe, sliced in wedges
1 cup of(seasoned) Feta Cheese, crumbled
3 T Greek Seasoning
3 T Salt
2 T Cracked Pepper
2 T Olive Oil
3 T Seasoned Rice Vinegar
Preparation
Combine first 7 ingredients together. Sprinkle with seasonings then toss with oil and vinegar.
