Chopped up 1/2 cucumber, a red pepper, cherry tomatos . Added big chunk crumbled feta. Juice of 1/2 lemon, 2 spoons olive oil, one balsamic, salt to taste. Then I found some Greek seasoning and sprinkled some on.
