Ingredients

feta cheese

olive oil

fresh oregano

4 large ripe tomatoes

one large cucumber

1 large red onion

10 black olives

good squeeze lemon

one green pepper

Preparation

put the feta cheese in a bowl and 3 heavy table spoons of olive oil and the oregano and set aside for 30 minutes, toss the vegetables in a in a serving bowl and olives, mix with feta cheese and set aside for a couple of minutes, stip in cook penna pasta and crack fresh pepper on top.
