Ingredients

1 1/2 teaspoons garlic powder

1 1/2 teaspoons crushed dried basil

1 1/2 teaspoons crushed dried oregano

1/2 teaspoons salt

1/8 teaspoons pepper

2 1 inch thick Rib-Eye Steaks

1 tablespoon olive oil

1/4 cup butter

1 tablespoon minced garlic

1/4 cup feta cheese (optional)

Preparation

Combine the gralic powder, basil, oregano, salt and pepper in a bowl and mix well. Rub into both sides of the steak.

Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium heat until hot. Add the steaks. Cook for 10 - 15 minutes, turning once. Melt the butter in a sauce pan. Stir in garlic. Remove the steaks to serving plates. Pour garlic butter over steaks. Sprinkle with cheese.
