Ingredients

1 Pita Bread

1/2 Cup Parsley

3 Tbsp Fresh Rosemary

3 Tbsp Parmesan Cheese

3 Garlic Cloves

1 Croase Black Pepper

Good Pinch of Sea Salt

6 Tbsp Greek Oil Olive

3 Kalamata Olives Sliced

3 Tbsp Feta Cheese

1 Tbsp Diced Red Pepper

Preparation

Place parsley,rosemary,parmesan,garlic,black pepper,sea salt,5 Tbsp olive oil in food processor and run until you have made a coarse paste,set to the side.In a med. pan on a med. heat add a little olive oil when hot place pita in pan and lighty brown both sides,remove from heat.Spread a good portion of pesto over one side of pita then place feta,olives,and red peppers over top of pesto. While still in pan place under broiler heat up for about 2-3 min.or until lighty browned. remove from heat,place on cutting broad and cut into 4 slices or more.Delicious.
