Ingredients

4 Pita bread

tomato sauce (homemade or jarred w/ Italian seasonings is best)

red onion, sliced

green pepper, sliced

black olive, sliced

tomato, sliced, or grape tomatos halved

feta cheese

cucumber

oregano (optional)

Preparation

Preheat oven to 375. Lay pitas on a baking sheet. Spread 2-3 tablespooons tomato sauce on each pita bread. Add onion, tomato, pepper, olives to your liking. Finely crumble feta cheese and sprinkle lightly over pita. Bake 10-15 minutes until hot and crsip.
