Ingredients
3/4 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1/4 cup Red Wine Vinegar
3 Tbs. Water
1 Tbs. Sugar
2 clove Garlic
1 Md Green Pepper
1 Md Red Pepper
1 Md Red Onion
6oz Sliced Kalamata Olives
8oz Feta Cheese - crumbled
Salt
Pepper
Oregano
Basil
1 Lb. Fusilli Pasta
Preparation
Boil water with salt and olice oil, add pasta, cook al dente. Drain - rinse in cold water - drain again. Dressing - Add Olive Oil, Red Wine Vinegar, water, sugar, pressed garlic, Basil, Oregano,Salt and Pepper to mixing bowl and whisk until combined. Chop Bell Peppers and Red Onion fine - add to large mixing bowl. Combine chopped vegetables, cooked pasta and dressing - mix well. Add Feta and Olives - mix well. Refrigerate for at least an hour to blend flavors and enjoy!
