Ingredients

1lb. rotini, bowtie, or sturdy pasta of your choice.

1/2 to 1 entire bottle greek or caesar salad dressing-to taste.

1 pint cherry tomatoes, halved.

1/2 chopped vidalia onion

3C. fresh, torn spinach greens

8oz. can black pitted olives

1/2-1C. crumbled feta-to taste.

Preparation

In salted water, boil pasta until al dente. Do not overcook.Drain and add to large bowl. Slice and add tomatoes, olives, onion, and spinach. Pour dressing over and toss with feta.
