Ingredients

1/2 cup olive oil

2/3 cup cider vinegar

1/3 cup water

3 cloves garlic, finely chopped

3 T oregano (not ground)

1 T thyme

2 t salt

1 t pepper

1 t paprika

1 to 2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts

Preparation

Combine all ingredients except chicken breasts in jar; shake marinade well to combine, reserve 1/2 cup of marinade for basting, and pour remainder over chicken. Marinate in refrigerator for at least 1 hour, longer if possible. Preheat gas grill by lighting on high for 5 minutes. Turn off one side (if a two-sided burner configuration), leave the other on high. Place chicken breasts on the side that is off, close lid, and cook for 1 hour, basting and turning every 15 minutes until juices run clear, and chicken is done. Delicious
