Ingredients

2 tomatoes

2 cucumbers

2 Red Peppers

1 Red Onion

1 jar of Kalamata Olives

1 small tub of Feta cheese

Dressing:

1/4 cup to 1/2 cup (to taste) of Balsalmic Vinegrette mixed w/ a tiny tiny bit of dijon mustard

Preparation

Chop all the veggies in to small squares.

Mix dressing and ingredients all together and you’re done!
