Ingredients
2/3 cup diced cooked chicken
2 TBS each of chopped olives, minced green peppers, and minced, red onion
dressing:
3 TBS mayo
2 tsp tomato juice
Garlic powder, cinnamon and salt.
Preparation
combine chicken, olives, peppers and onion. Combine dressing ingredients and blend with chicken mixture. Shred lettuce or cabbage and put some in pita bread, top with salad
