150 gms of mixed salad greens

2 small cucumbers, cut in spears

2 medium tomatoes, cut in wedges

100 gm crumbled feta cheese

cracked black pepper(optioal

Preparation

  1. Coarsely chop the chicken all deboned into bite-size pieces 2.Divide salad greens, cucumber spears and tomato wedges among four dinner plates or salad bowls. Arrange chicken on vegetables
  2. Drizzle salad dressing. Sprinkle with cracked black pepper
