Ingredients
2 cups pitted dates cut in half
1/2 cup raisins
3/4 cup plus 2 TBS chopped walnuts
1/4 cup pine nuts chopped
1/2 tsp ground ginger
1/2 cup sweet Passover wine
Preparation
Blend dates and raisins in bowl of food processor until finely minced Transfer to large bowl and add walnuts, pinenuts, ginger and wine and mix well. Cover with plastic and chill 1 hour
