Ingredients

2 ripe avacados

1 crushed clove garlic

3 tablespoons chopped jalapenos (or 1 fresh)

Juice of 1/2 lime

1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro

1/2 cup chopped red onion

Fresh ground black pepper to taste

1/2 tsp salt

Preparation

Mix all ingredients together in large bowl. Let sit, covered in a glass bowl in the fridge for 1/2 hour before serving. Serve with chips, on any food..burgers, Mexican fare etc.
