Ingredients
10-12 ounce sirloin steak
steak seasoning
1 cup sliced mushrooms
1/2 small Red onion
1 Tomatoe - chopped
3 cups Mixed Greens
Balsamic Vinegrette Dressing
2-4 tablespoons Blue Cheese-crumbled
Croutons
Preparation
Season steak and grill to the desired doneness. Let rest 5-10 min. Sautee mushrooms in olive oil until soft.Slice onions to very fine rings. Slice steak into 1/2" thick pieces. Toss the steak, sauteed mushrooms, onion rings, tomato and mixed greens together with vinegrette. Sprinkle crumbled cheese and croutons on top.
