Ingredients

3-4 cups rolled oats

1 cup barley flakes

1 cup oat bran

1 cup sunflower seeds

1 cup slivered almonds

1/2 cup raw, unhulled sesame seeds

1 cup other chopped nuts

1 cup ground flax seeds

1 cup protein powder (I use whey)

1 tsp salt

1/2 cup canola oil

1/2 cup maple syrup

1/2 cup honey

1 Tbls vanilla

2 Tbls molasses

1 cup pumpkin seeds

1 cup craisins

Preparation

Preheat oven to 325 degrees

Combine all dry ingredients (to salt) The add canola oil through molasses

Spread in large baking pan lined with parchment paper or sprayed with nonstick spray. Bake 35-45 min, or until golden. Stir once or twice during the baking.

Cool it on the tray, place in large mixing bowl and stir in the pumpkin seeds and craisins.
