Ingredients

PRE-MADE PASTRY FOR 1 PIE

2 C. COTTAGE CHEESE 1 carton)

3 EGGS, BEATEN

1/2 TEAS. SALT

1/2 C. SUGAR

2/3 C. MILK

3 T.ORANGE JUICE AND RIND GRATED

2 T. LEMON JUICE AND RIND GRATED

3 T. RAISINS

Preparation

Line pie plate with uncooked pastry. Beat eggs in large bowl, add salt and sugar. Sieve cottage cheese into bowl and mix. Grate rind of lemon and orange and add to bowl with the juice and mix well. Gradually add milk, stirring so milk will not curdle. Sprinkle raisins over pastry lined pie plate. Sprinkle generously with nutmeg. Bake in hot oven 400-450 for 30 minutes or until cottage cheese seems set. Cool before serving.
