Ingredients

5 large garlic clove, chopped

2 lbs large shrimp(8-11 size)

1/3 cup olive oil

1/4 cup v-8 juice or tomato sauce

3 tab. balsamic vinegar

1 teas. dried basil, or 1/4 cup fresh

1 teas. dried parsley or 1/4 cup fresh, chopped

1/2 teas. salt

Preparation

Combine all ingredients except shrimp. Marinate shrimp in above sauce, coating all pieces. Place in covered dish and refrigerate 1-2 hours. Thread shrimp on skewers, bending each almost in half, so both ends pass trough the skewer. Grill on Medium heat,about 4-5 minutes on each side, turning once.
