Ingredients
1 1/2 lb. ground meat
1/2 t. salt
1/2 t. dry mustard
dash black pepper
1/2 c. finely chopped onion
3/4 c. bread crumbs
2/3 c. evaporated milk
1 T. cornstarch
2 eggs
Preparation
Mix eggs, milk and cornstarch in a large mixing bowl. Mix together bread crumbs, salt, pepper, and mustard. Mix ground meat into egg mixture. Then stir in crumb ixture. Put into a loaf pan and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until done. This meat loaf freezes well.
