Ingredients
1½ lb. ground meat (beef and pork my fav)
½ t. salt
½ t. dry mustard
dash black pepper
½ c. finely chopped onion
¾ c. bread crumbs
2/3 c. evaporated milk
1 T. cornstarch
2 eggs
Preparation
Mix eggs, milk and cornstarch in a large mixing bowl. Mix together bread crumbs, salt, pepper, and mustard. Mix ground meat into egg mixture. Then stir in crumb mixture. Put into a loaf pan and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until done. This meat loaf freezes well.
