Ingredients
Crust:
1 1/2 cups crushed chocolate cookies 1/4 cup melted butter.
Filling:
4 cups miniature marshmallows 1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup white crème de cacao 1/4 cup green crème de menthe
2 cups whipping cream, whipped.
Preparation
Crust Combine crumbs and butter mix well. Press into 9 inch pie pan. Bake at 475 for about 2 minutes. Cool slightly and refrigerate.
Filling Combine milk and marshmallows in a pan and cook over low heat until marshmallows melt. Let cool slightly, blend in liquors. Let cool completely. Fold in all but 1/2 cup of the whipped cream. Spoon into the chocolate crust. Garnish with remaining whipped cream and chocolate curls. Refrigerate until firm. Serve cold.
