Ingredients
8 oz cream cheese
4 oz blue cheese or goat cheese
2 tbsp cream
1 lb walnuts or pecans
red or green grapes
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350, toast walnuts for 8-10 minutes or until aromatic. Allow to cool, then chop.
Allow all cheese to soften then blend together with a rubber spatula. Stir in 2 tbsp cream. Add dry grapes a few at a time, cover each individually with cheese mixture then add to bowl of chopped nuts to coat.
Voila.
