Ingredients
2 cups freshly-squeezed red grapefruit juice at room temperature
6 oz. honey, warmed until thin and easy to pour
1/4 cup chopped crystallized Ginger
Preparation
Mix juice and honey until blended. Chill, if desired, for faster freezing. Freeze in ice cream maker according to manufacturer’s directions. A few minutes before removing from machine, while it is still running, add the crystallized ginger. Transfer to a plastic container, and keep in freezer for two hours before serving.
