Ingredients

Filling:

1 C. sugar

1 (3 oz.) pkg. red Jello

3 T. cornstarch

sectioned grapefruit

1 1/4 C. water

Cool Whip

Crust:

1 stick oleo

1 C. flour

1 T. powdered sugar

Preparation

Crust: Mix well the oleo, powdered sugar, and flour. Pat into pie pan. Bake in a 350 degree oven until light brown.

Filling: Mix well the granulated sugar, cornstarch and water. Cook until thick. Add the Jello. Place the grapefrruit in the baked crust. (Be sure all membranes are removed.) Pour the Jello mixture over the grapefruit. Cover with Cool Whip. Keep refrigerated until ready to serve.
