Ingredients
1 lb. large seedless grapes, green, red or black.
1 8z. block Philadelphia cream cheese (not whipped)
1 4 oz. package blue cheese
1 bag honey glazed pecans or walnuts processed into crumbs.
Preparation
Mix 1 8oz. cream cheese and 4 oz. blue cheese until completely blended and of smooth consistency.
Place spoonful of cheese on palm of hand and flatten.
Place one grape in center of cheese and then wrap entire grape. Roll until a ball forms.
Roll ball into nut crumbs until coated.
Keep chilled until ready to serve.
