Ingredients
3 1/2 c. rolled oats; big flakes
1/2 c. shaved coconut
1/3 c powdered skim milk
1/3 c. each of raw sunflower seeds, pecans, hazelnuts, almonds (can add more if desired)
1/3 c. canola oil
1/2 c. honey
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
- preheat oven to 250
- mix dry ingredients together
- microwave honey and oil. add vanilla. wisk until well blended.
- pour liquid ingredients over dry and mix thoroughly.
- put in baking pan with sides. cook for at least an hour, stirring every 15 min.
- cool stirring periodically.
