Ingredients

3 cups Bob’s Red Mill 5-Grain Cereal

1 cup sliced almonds

1/3 cup wheat germ

3 Tbsp oil

1/3 cup honey

1 tsp cinnamon

1 tsp vanilla extract

Preparation

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Line a large pan with aluminum foil.

Combine cereal, almonds and wheat germ.

Stir together oil, honey, cinnamon, and vanilla. Add to cereal mixture and stir well. Pour mixture into pan and spread into an even, thin layer.

Bake 25 - 30 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes.

Cool completely before storing in a tighly sealed container.
