Ingredients

3/4 cup Honey

1/2 cup oil

4 cups oats

1 cup wheat germ (toasted)

1 cup sunflower seeds (salted)

1/2 cup almonds

1Tbl flax seeds

1 cup raisins

Preparation

Melt honey and oil.

Mix all other ingredients, except raisins. Pour melted honey and oil over mixture and continue to mix.

Bake slowly on cookie sheet at 200 for 1 1/4 hours. Remove from oven. Cool and add 1 cup raisins. Store in a covered container.
