Ingredients
8 cups rolled oats
1 cup walnuts
1 cup pecans
1 cup chopped dates
1 cup shredded coconut
2 teaspoons cinnamon
Mix with large spoon.
½ cup butter (1 stick)
½ cup honey
Melt together in small saucepan
until well mixed. Add to dry mix,
mix well with large spoon. Place
in roasting pan and bake at 350,
turning every ten minutes, 30 minutes
until lightly browned.
Preparation
When cooled can be put in jars for Gifts or in large container.
