Ingredients
2 boxes chopped frozen spinach, cooked and drained
2 cups Peperidge Farms Stuffing
2 large onions, minced
6 eggs, beaten
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
1 Tablespoon garlic salt
3/4 cup melted butter
1/2 teaspoon thyme
1 teaspoon black pepper
Preparation
Combine ingredients and make into small balls. Put on cookie sheet tray and freeze. Bake when needed. 350 degrees for 30 minutes
