Ingredients
1 cup white cornmeal (yellow will do)
2 cups water
2 eggs
1 cup milk
1 heaping teaspoon salt
3 tablespoons Wesson oil
Preparation
Heat souffle dish in 350 degree oven with a bit of oil until very hot. Meanwhile, mix cornmeal and water over low-medium heat until it forms a mush. Add other ingredients and stir. Pour into hot baking dish and bake for 45-50 minutes. Serve immediately with butter.
