Ingredients
3/4 c butter
1 c Sugar
1 Egg
3 teaspoons Orange Zest
1 teaspoon Orange Extract
1 1/2 c AP Flour
2 c Rice Cereal
Preparation
Cream together butter and sugar. Add egg, orange zest, and orange extract; beat well. Mix in flour and baking power. add cereal; mix well. Bake 350* for 9-11 mins. on a greased pan. works well with lemon too!
