Ingredients

1.5 lbs squash

1 large onion

1 can cream of mushroom soup

2 TBS sour cream

Garlic powder to taste

Salt & Pepper to taste

Ritz Crackers (2 sleeves)

2 sticks butter

Preparation

Boil squash & onion, then drain & mash in collander to get rid of water. Mix with remainder of ingredients. Top w/crushed Ritz cracker & butter mixture. Bake in greased casserole dish 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
