Ingredients

1 1/2 kg thick ribs in pieces

1 dl honey

2 T white vinegar

3 dl fresh orange juice

4 T soy sauce

2 t ground ginger

1 t ground cloves

Preparation

Mix all ingredients with 1 1/2 t salt and 1/2 t pepper and marinade ribs for 30 min.

Heat oven to 175 C (350F).

Remove ribs from marinade and place on a baking sheet covered with baking paper, bone side up.

Grill in middle of oven for 30 min. Turn and grill for 1 hr more. Brush with marinade every now and then.

To serve, sprinkle with flake salt.
