Ingredients

6-8 large sweet potatoes, cooked & peeled

1 cu sugar

2 eggs

1 stick butter

1 cu coconut

1 t vanilla

1/2 cu milk

Topping:

1 cu brown sugar

1 stick butter

1/2 cu flour

1 cu chopped pecans

Preparation

Whip all base ingredients until smoothe. Spread into greased 13" X 9 " pan. Melt butter for topping.Add sugar and flour, cook until crumbly over low heat. Add pecans. Sprinkle over potatoes and bake at 3500 for 30-35 min
