Ingredients
Heat to boiling: 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can Campbell’s Beef Broth
1 T. Butter
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. onion salt
1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, undrained
Preparation
Put 3/4 cup uncooked white rice into a 1 1/2 quart casserole. Pour boiling mixture over rice. Cover and bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
