Ingredients
2 packets Scotch finger biscuits
1 can Nestle condensed milk
250g butter
3/4 cup desiccated coconut
2 lemons zested and juiced
2 cups icing sugar
1 lemon (extra for icing)
Preparation
-In a microwave bowl, melt butter & mix in lemon juice, rind & condensed milk -Add crushed biscuits & coconut -press into a grease proof paper lined tin and refrigerate
