Ingredients
1 Large package raspberry jello
1 bag frozen raspberries
1 pound or angel food cake
1 large package vanilla (instant) pudding
1 small whipping cream
Chocolate or small package fresh raspberries.
Preparation
Prepare Jello - Using the thawed raspberries as 1/2 of the liquid. Break cake into pieces, put into your bowl with the Jello/raspberry and mix. Refrigerate and let the Jello set 2-3 hours (or overnight)
Prepare the custard (vanilla pudding) put a layer on set Jello/cake Whip your cream and layer on top of pudding. ***Garnish with shaved chocolate curls or fresh raspberries.
